Poultry and Agriculture Industry United for an Epic Charity Challenge

17/02/2026

This summer, businesses from across the poultry and agriculture industry are coming together for an incredible challenge in support of the Boparan Charitable Trust — a national children’s charity helping to change the lives of children living with disabilities, life-limiting conditions, or extreme poverty.

From 17–22 June, a team of 10 adventurers will take on the twin peaks of the Atlas Mountains, including Mount Toubkal an epic 13,671 ft, higher than the UK’s Three Peaks combined.

Leading the challenge is Andrew Western, Head of Commercial at Amber Holdings, joined by leaders and colleagues from across the industry, including Powell & Co, Anmac, Truman Contractors, and Clarke Construction.

The challenge was officially launched earlier today by Rob Rafferty, CEO of Amber Holdings, who said:

“It is truly inspirational to see how the industry has got behind this challenge, having already raised over £20,000 in support of the Boparan Charitable Trust’s vital work. I would urge everyone to get behind their efforts — it shows the power of what can be achieved when companies and individuals come together.”
